This is a mind map of the different interactive media platforms used today some are free and some require monthly pay when subscribed to them. All vary in the use of communication, entertainment, updates of people, events, music, etc. For example, Netflix is digital platform that updates with the new series from the United states they run a 30 day trial and if you choose to use it you pay £7.99 per month. Whereas, a free platform such as Youtube is a free digital platform to use, it uses ads to pay as well as partnerships with Google (which owns youtube) and Vevo that releases music videos on Youtube.
